Job description
We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to help in the office at our ever growing flooring company. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, be very detail oriented, and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Collaborate with sales team, office team, builders, vendors, designers and clients etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills
Great customer service and interpersonal skillsFriendly, service-oriented personality
Keen attention to detail
Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software (QuickBooks Online is a plus)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Emailing, Online Scheduling, billing Software
Outstanding communication
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
